Dr. Hayden Blaine

Hayden is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 7 years’ experience working as a therapist in inpatient, residential, partial hospital, intensive outpatient, and outpatient programs giving her a wealth of experience to draw on in working together. Hayden is a HAES aligned provider that wants to help humans increase self-acceptance while building the life they want but never thought they could have. She has a passion for serving individuals of all ages working through eating disorders, anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and trauma related symptoms. Hayden earned her Bachelor's degree in Social Work from UNCW. She then went on to continue her education at NCSU and earned a Master's degree in Social work. She utilizes an integrative approach including solution-focused therapy (SFT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing (MI), mindfulness based practices, and person-centered (PCT) techniques to provide individualized care.
