Dr. Hayden Randle Goltz, DO

Dr Goltz is awesome, I had an emergency where I had to see a primary care doctor which I just moved back from Knoxville to Rochester and needed one for my new employment. They were able to get me in, I am so grateful for them and I would recommend them to anyone. The office is great atmosphere and is very professional thanks for all you do!!!!!!

First intro visit today, this could have been done with a mailing or phone call. Took 4 hours off work for a 10 min visit. Male receptionist was quite rude and condescending just when I was about to formally become a patient. It really turned me off..too bad as Dr Goltz was fine. But that guy at the front was quite confrontational when I questioned why I was required to be vaccinated just to BE a patient(I am vaccinated incidentally). This is a strange thing to me as vaccinations are legally voluntary. Secondly, there are no nurses in this office. No other medical staff. I didn’t like that. Careful what you sign up for.

Haven't been to a doctor in 30 years due to bad experiences. Was referred to Dr. Goltz by a colleague and thrilled! Caring, outstanding staff, just superb. I'm no longer afraid to go to the doctors and hope and pray he and his staff stay in the area for as long as I'm here!

Dr. Goltz takes a holistic approach and treats the person, not just the condition.

I am a fearful patient and had avoided doctors. I had a personal reference to Dr. Goltz, someone who thought very highly of him. Dr. Goltz worked with me, helping me take "baby steps", but never pushing me. He spent a long time talking to me, explaining my lab results and made me feel very comfortable with his easy going manner during my physical. I consider myself an excellent judge of character and personality so I don't understand the two "rude" ratings at all.

Dr. Goltz spent so much time with me, and I feel that he really wants to get an accurate diagnosis. It was a much different experience than most Dr. offices, where you might not even get in to see your own Dr. There are no nurses or physician's assistants, so Dr. Goltz really gets to know you. Someone recommended him to me because he had spent an hour with their mother. I'm having serious health concerns and he did spend a long time with me as well. I've been to Dr.s who brush off my concerns and just prescribe a pain medication, but Dr. Goltz listened and wants to follow-up!

I have had bad experiences with primary care Dr.s in the past who didn't take my symptoms seriously when there turned out to be something wrong. ...

A very caring compassionate doctor. Listens and spends time with you, I have referred several people to him and they all are very happy also.
