I arrived on time, there wasn't anyone at the reception desk. I sat with 2 other patients for 15 minutes until finally someone came to greet all of us and check us in. Loved the provider .

Hayley was excellent in listening to my concerns and reassuring me that everything was going well. She was very kind and professional at all times

Hayley answered all of my (numerous) questions thoughtfully and carefully, and I understand much more about the procedure. And I'm reassured that my recovery is happening!

Haley and the entire staff for this issue were incredibly kind, supportive, and knowledgeable. I was very impressed.

This provider specifically removed staples PAINLESSLY and explained next steps and listened well and answered all questions. It's a lovely bonus that the check in person at the front desk pushes a button (both time I was there) to open the exit door so as a person with a big incision still healing I don't have to push on a heavy door.

Haley was great after my surgery during visits, and as well in my follow up visit! She is awesome!
