Dr. Hayley Ann Miller, MD

Dr. Miller is probably the best Doctor I have had. She knows here profession well. She takes the time to understand the needs that I have and applies that knowledge to give me the best care I could have. Never had a problem with her.

I had gone to several doctors that had told me my metabolism was very low if not there because of the treatment I had to go through for a disease I conquered. Dr. Miller was the only doctor that had given me a plan to help boost my metabolism and get on the track to a balanced diet, weight control and get me back to a healthier lifestyle. Other doctors wanted me to go through numerious test and even liposuction. Doctor Miller helped me through diet, internally reviewing my nutrition level so my body could jump-start itself. I have lost 60 lbs. and have more energy than I can imagine. My AST and ALt number has improved from the last time I had blood work completed. All of this was accomplished without surgery or endless months of injections of vitamin B shots. I would recommend Dr. Miller to anyone who wants a doctor that considers the whole bodies health and not just solving a single issue or problem.

She is fantastic! One of the only doctors that I've been to that actually listen and want to help!

Primum non Nocere? Really? I tried three times to get in to see this physician, Hayley Miller, MD. I have never met her to date! In my first visit, she made me wait over an hour... and I left. My second visit, I had to cancel because I was stuck in a business meeting. I booked another meeting. I live 65 miles from the Community Medical Center Clinic at the north end of Missoula.... hour trek. I showed up, filled out all of the extensive first visit paperwork (which was very good, btw) and I was very enthusiastic to see her. I waited 30 minutes. The "nurse" greeted me and we sat in the patient room. Next the nurse (nursing assistant, not a nurse), handed me a certified letter which she claimed they tried to send me. In decades here I have never had "mail delivery problems." The letter stated that because of my "missed" two visits, Dr. Miller would reluctantly care for me for 30 days but not further. I left. This was intentionally mean. I do not recommend this Clinic or this doctor. I… hope you have better luck. I am a doctor and I know how I should have been treated. This was sadistic and wrong. This conduct is emblematic with what is wrong in modern medicine. The caring stops at the till and impersonal droids bereft in any human values have taken over.

Dr. Miller is an AMAZING Doctor. She is a straight shooter & genuinely cares about you as a patient. I have an unusual/ rare-disorder/ disease. She has taken it upon herself to educate & learn as much as possible about. She stays informed & takes to you like a real person, not condescendingly. She really listens to what you have to say & is an advocate for the battle you fight. I am thankful & so grateful to have her fighting along side me. I can not speak highly enough of her as my Dr or as a human being. We got off to a rocky start but within the first few minutes everything had been worked out & have a great relationship since. She is always quick to respond with answers to any new questions or issues you may have outside of your regular scheduled appt. I wish there were more Doctors like her. Never did I get the feeling I was wasting her time or that she had somewhere else she had to/ or would rather be. She never made me feel rushed but really listened. Sincerely, Denise Vik
