I used to see a colleague of Dr. Elshoreya's. After two visits with this colleague and my issues being brushed off and getting the "Welcome to your 40's" diagnosis, I switched to Dr. Elshoreya 3 months later. Within seconds of an internal exam, he found an issue. He listened to my concerns and had me go through several tests. Guess what? I had something very serious wrong that if untreated, could lead to severe health issues or even death. Dr. Elshoreya performed my total hysterectomy with no issues. He not only checks me for physical issues but also makes sure I have what I need for a healthy, enjoyable sex life.

Waited awhile but apologized for his procedure that went longer before mine. Had no problem understanding him and he was extremely thorough. Answered all questions and his assistant Evelyn was so nice and knew her job.

While straightforward and quiet, Dr. Elshoreya is knowledgeable and understanding. It is evident that Dr. Elshoreya cares about his work and patients. He will answer any questions you have in a factual, matter-of-fact way -- with zero judgement or unnecessary questions. I would recommend Dr. Elshorya to anyone looking for a no-nonsense OBGYN. If you're looking for warm and fuzzy, you won't find it here.

I believe Dr. Elshoreya is an AWESOME physician! He is patient, answers all my questions clearly, has a sense of humor, and most importantly.....if it were not for him, I'd be dead. He found a tumor on my ovary that appears to have been overlooked by other doctors. And....I have no problem understanding him, unlike a previous reviewer. Perhaps you need a hearing test...or maybe an attitude adjustment?

I have never seen a doctor like this in my life. He did not smile once. I think it would be nice to smile someone who is asking you for help and try to be friendly. He was so negative and unfriendly. Also It was hard to understand what he is saying.

Makes you feel comfortable and can discuss anything. Always does full exams even double checks. no short cuts and follows up. Very patient no matter how busy he maybe he never makes u feel rushed.
