Dr. Hazem Herbly

Dr Hazem Herbly presented himself professionally but ultimately proved his only purpose was to remove my very well established long-term diagnoses, terminate my prescriptions, and sever me from Baptist Behavioral Health after only three appointments. Significantly, his name doesn't appear in any Baptist Health website search, the Baptist Health Doctors Directory, or the Baptist Behavioral Health Directory, and the myBaptistChart application never included him as a member of my "Care Team" until after I repeatedly requested that he be added yet even after I selected him as, and he was indicated as, my Primary Care Provider (PCM), I was only allowed the option of requesting an appointment but nothing else allowed for a PCM including messaging. Indeed, I submitted many support messages and emails and placed many telephone calls requesting this ordinary PCM messaging option but never received a single response nor was this or any other PCM option ever included for Dr Hazem… Herbly. Consequently, I'm very suspicious that Dr Hazem Herbly's position is with Baptist Behavioral Health as a geriatric psychiatrist but with Baptist Health Risk Management whose role is to preemptively eliminate patients that present too much risk for Baptist Health's business model, finances, legal exposure, and reputation in a competitive healthcare market. My suspicions are all the more convincing because merely three months earlier, I was surreptitiously transferred to Dr Hazem Herbly immediately after I questioned the completely baseless and inappropriate diagnostic codes my previous Baptist Behavioral Health provider used to fraudulently bill my insurance that were otherwise never indicated, documented, communicated, suggested, requested, scheduled, occurred, or represented in any of my lifetime continuity of care documents.

If I could leave a negative star review I would. I agree with the other poster. He is a HATEFUL man. He lied about me when I am trying to help a family member. He is full of lies and hate. I do not understand how someone like him is able to practice. Perhaps he needs a doctor. I believe he is a problem not just the problem.

I do not understand why the VA sent me to this doctor. He was hateful. I don't know why these doctors are even working when they do not care for us veterans AT ALL. This was the worst doctor I ever had the displeasure of meeting. He was very aggressive and his tone was very rude. He absolutely did NOT care and let me know it. I felt so hopeless.

Dr.Herbly is one of a few.If this is my Doctor from Va.Help to save my life.Thanks Doc.Reason to live now.
