I have been experiencing severe neck and shoulder pain. The team at Dr. Cook's have been terrific to me. They are kind and caring. Dr. Cook is certainly a specialist in his field. I highly recommend him.

She packs urine in if she is still dr cooks patient she sells her meds to pay Dallas Monroe jr court fees for his children she also brags about how stupid doctor cook is and that Dallas is able to smoke pot while getting the buphmorphone 8mg / 2mg also Dallas Monroe jr brags that doctor cook is under his thumb and that he is the personal server of him and Roxie to those every needs they may have and that he goes way back and tells him what to do with the good doctor

Dallas Monroe jr is allowed to smoke pot and inject meth while dr cook prescriptions him suboxone 8 mg 2mg as of 6-28-19 and he packs urine to the test so who is the dumb doctor or pathetic patient

Dr. Cook may seem to be a bit standoffish, however, he is listening to you. I am impressed with how he handles my ailments and he allows for my odd behavior (I'm a penny pincher and he does not require me to do all the standard test if I feel they are not needed) IF YOU HAVE ANY BONE OR MUSCLE PROBLEMS -- HE SHOULD BE YOUR DEFINITE FIRST CHOICE!! though I see him for other things as well. His staff is very friendly. The lady who takes payments, while not the warmest of his staff, is efficient.

He is absolutely a great doctor & a caring one at that me & the rest of my family see him...He cares for you as a person not just another check in hes pocket... I'm very glad to call him my regular doctor! I would advise anyone to see him if you want a doctor who really cares for what you have to say & cares to see that you get what you to get all better!

Dr. Cook is an excellent doctor, very caring and trustworthy. Humble and very knowledgable. We are so lucky to have him as our hometown physician and proud that he has come home to give back to his community. Love the office. Go UK!
