Dr. Heath Matthew Yanicko, DO

This incompetent doctor discharged my mother from the hospital with a cath still in only because the hospital didn’t want her to fall. Because she already had which caused her hematoma and internal bleeding. She had no trouble urinating. She is very weak because she was kept in bed for most of the 9 days she was there. When my 91 year old dad took her home he Dr Yanicko didnt make sure she had a wheelchair so my dad could get her in the home instead he had to try and get her up 3 steps into home. What if she would have fell again on the cement. Home health never called from AHN to take her inr in the home or start therapy. I left 2 messages for him to return my call which he never did prior to him discharging her. He never f/u with who she needs to see about the cath, I would stay far away from this doctor and run! This is the most unsafe discharge I have ever seen and believe me I have done a lot of safe discharges working in this field. I rate him a big fat 0 but couldn’t leave a… review unless I selected 1
