The lack of compassion from this medical professional is alarming. I have no idea why Penn Medicine employs someone whose ego is off the charts and took no measures to listen to the patient or resolve my problem. In short, a bad egg.

I visited with Dr. Beauparlant today in place of my regular PCP as he was out. I echo the other patient's negative experiences in this review board - and their just unfortunate encounters with this provider. She was icy from the start, blunt, condescending, and unprofessional. I myself am an NP and know the trust that a good patient/provider relationship can form. I actually stopped to to tell her that I was not comfortable with how she was communicating with me. It made me not want to share information with her and I just wanted to leave the visit. At the end I reminded her about how this was an unpleasant experience for me and she replied an awful response "well that is just how I am, and you either like me or you don't". Well Dr. B ------> I DON"T. Then I read my medial records when I got home and the entire visit is filled with inaccuracies and misinterpretations. Some she even put in quotes but those were taken out of context. I am disappointed and she honestly ruined my… day. I walked out of the office stunned. I did speak with the manager and I wrote to customer relations. I promise to share other's comments on this forum to validate my experience. I would as a provider be mortified if anyone told me I didn't give them good care - so now you get Dr. B get a bad review, which you deserve.

Awful experience. Honestly, just an overall grumpy person.

I always complained from multiple health issues over multiple times The very last visit I went because of the very bad acid reflux that I was suffering from. She ordered many lab tests (including vitamin D!!!) which all turned back normal. She had documented that I have asked for these tests (which I DID NOT) and as a result the insurance company didn’t cover any of it (and was considered unnecessary tests) and the hospital sent me a high bill. Not a single time she said that my symptoms could be because of gluten intolerance or gluten allergies!!! I had only found by coincidence that this could be the reason for all what I suffer from. I started following a gluten free diet and I have been feeling way much better

Worst new patient appointment! Heather Beauparlant DO was unprofessional, critical, angry, lacks basic medical knowledge, lacked understanding of current diagnosis, lacks ability to provide care. I stated we are not a good fit and I promptly departed.

Very unprofessional and rude, no bed side manner. Was actually terribly unhelpful and wasted my time by not helping me figure out useful resources, being abrupt and non comprehensive in looking through my history, and refusing to prescribe a medication that I have received from medical professionals for years that was documented in my chart.

Don’t waste your time!! She doesn’t listen and kept throwing drugs down my throat that didn’t help!! RUN!! Also the staff is horrible

Right on time, spent time with me, got my results the next day. They called with normal results!

We are so happy we found this office and this physician.
