Dr. Heather Dawn Boxerman, MD

She's a very kind person and genuinely cares about her patient's health and welfare. In 15-16 years as her pat. I have never had an issue with her staff, her office and especially not with her treatment of my various health issues. I have never waited more than 10 minutes, and with only one exception the whole office staff is polite, friendly, fun and professional.

Dr Boxerman is kind and gentle. However, she often refers her patients to other specialists and it give me an impression that does not do much treatment herself. The office staffs were instructed to create appointments for all cases even when the doctor cannot handle or treat the case and in need for the patient to go to another specialist. Each time they charge the insurance company for a doctor vist fee that is over $100 even all I did was spent 30 minutes in the room waiting to see the doctor (this happens not to be Dr Boxerman) and the doctor ended up referring me to a specialist. This doctor did not (and cannot because of lack of equipment) treat me and yet the office still charges for the office visit.
