Dr. Heather A Latta-Carriedo, MD

Dr. Carriedo is an extremely poor doctor who, in my experience, refuses to listen to parents and makes conclusions about an infant's health based purely on her gut instead of the evidence. She misdiagnosed a congenital birth defect in my daughter, along with a number of other conditions that severely impacted her development and instead reported us to Child Protective Services. She lied repeatedly about my daughter's condition, as well as my supply of breast milk and mental state, and refused to talk to my or my daughter's regular doctors. She is unprofessional and thinks nothing of making creepy comments to parents in the three minutes she spends talking to you. She will judge you in the midst of the worse crisis of your life whether you are composed or crying and suggest you are responsible for everything abnormal about your baby. Be warned - she is unfit to care for babies or mothers and you should stay away!
