She has been chronically late (over an hour) and sees my child for 10 min, telling me she’s exhausted. Then offers unsafe medical advice. I had read in chat rooms glowing reviews, though had read opposite online. Sad someone so revered in town shows no compassion and gives no time and complains about being tired when she had my children and I waiting over an hour.

I had heard wonderful things about Dr. Cassell and was sorely disappointed with my appointments for her.She treated me like I was blowing my child's health out of proportion. Because chat rooms had talked her up so much I brought my child to her a few times. A few times too much.She didn't spend much time with us at all, blew us off. Very overrated.Maybe she had a few bad days in a row. I had to go to Phoenix to get a real diagnosis.Pathetic.

Dr. Cassell is an exceptional doctor. She has treated our daughter for approximately four years and we followed her from one practice to the next. In addition to her being incredibly smart she has a kind heart and this shows in the care she provides her patients.

Dr. Cassell is skilled and talented.She is very smart and if she encounters something new she learns as much as she can quickly. She has wonderful bedside manner. However, the best one word to describe her is... COMPASSIONATE!This Dr. is honestly a breath of fresh air in the world of doctors. The best immunologist you will meet.

This doctor is the most caring doctor you will ever meet. I have seen her miss more than one lunch or dinner to fulfill the needs of her patients. The office staff have as well given up lunch to support the doctor and patients.
