She ordered a test that our insurance would not pay for and did not let us know. When I tried to get her to fix it her office manager hung up on me. This was for my husband who is a retired military veteran. She would not correct her error. Will never go back. This is not the way to treat the elderly.

Dr Castleberry is very patient, kind, knowledgeable and attentive. I’m so glad I found her when I moved to Daphne. She’s a gem.

Staff was very nice. I went for a PA for BCBS. I received a letter from Dr. Castleberry,5 weeks after visit, stating our patient/doctor relationship no longer had any trust so she was no longer my doctor. I called to find out what that meant. Over a 3 week period I was told by my insurance company to call Dr Castleberry's office about the PA b\c they didn't receive it, so each time I did what they said. Dr Castleberry decided I didn't believe she was doing her job so I couldn't come there any more. I spoke with the office manager who was very nice and explained I was doing what BCBS told me to do and that the 1st visit was awkward as well. She said she'd talk to Dr Castleberry and explain. She said she'd call if the doctor changed her mind. She didn't call back which is fine b\c I wouldn't feel comfortable with her now anyway. It seems like an unprofessional way to have handled it in my opinion. Again, office staff was nice.
