Dr. Heather R. Faulkner

Dr. Faulkner is a wonderful surgeon. I will continue to tell everyone I know who is seeking breast reconstruction surgery to look into her. I just had the first staging of a double mastectomy, which entailed having a mastopexy first. She has been thorough and responsive in answering all my questions and concerns before and after surgery. She is kind hearted and nice. My results from surgery (I am now 4 weeks out) have been amazing. My sutures and incision marks are clean and some are barely noticeable. Aesthetically my breasts look symmetrical and fantastic. She is very precise about her work and it shows. I am forever grateful to her for making me feel so great about myself as I take on this next chapter of my mastectomy.

I'm only 10 days post op from a breast reduction but I highly recommend Dr. Faulkner and her staff. Although I'm not fully healed, I'm already so happy with my results and the that care I received.

I recently had a breast reduction and lift by Dr. Faulkner and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. The entire process was a breeze thanks to her. Even while I was waiting for the surgery to start I met with the nurses ahead of time and they all said I was in such great hands. She is very particular about her work and that’s what’s you want in a plastic surgeon. I know others who had the same procedure done and their results don’t look half as good as mine. I would go back to her 1000 times before going somewhere else.

She showed me compassion and great experience going through breast reconstruction. She’s an excellent surgeon and I have complete faith in her and her wonderful staff.

She was rude, unprofessional, seemed put out and annoyed by having to answer simple questions She has zero bedside manner. Would offer no helpful advice I am shocked this women has any patients - there are a lot of good - professional breast surgeons out there she is NOT one of them

100% agree with other reviewer about zero compassion acted like she could care less - was not listening acted bothered/ annoyed to have to answer a question. I would not go to get you will be extremely disappointed- waste a good chunk of your day and a co-pay

she was short, seem bothered to listen, did not want to offer options, have been waiting for a call back from the office for weeks regarding results and have called several time. There is no patient compassion at all.

I've begun a serious course of treatment and have 100% confidence in her skills.

Not sufficient Mal Practice insurance and discriminates based on weight.
