We thought she was good until she messed up with my baby's condition. During the follow-up visits, she even tried to cover up what she had done. unethical.

Dr. Franklin sent my daughter to the hospital when she was extremely dehydrated from a stomach virus. She's always had top notch bedside manner. I've seen others docs in the practice, but for the important things, she's the doc I trust.

Dr. Franklin cares about her patients and their parents. During one of my daughter's newborn appointments we had an unusually long wait and the chairs in the office are all hard wood. If you have ever given birth to a child you would know that sitting too long on something hard HURTS. She apologized and offered the cushy chairs from the lactation consultant. She takes her time with my daughter and offers advice. I love her!
