Dr. Heather Henry Germann

I had Dr. Germann assigned to me after having several things go wrong with my health while being hospitalized. Her experience definetly shows, she's a doctor who is extremely to the point and gets things done so you get the care you need.

Very personable and knowledgeable. Explains symptoms and medicines. Willing to spend the time it takes to coordinate care. Shows up when she says she will.

This physician needs to learn how to treat patients and family and employees with courtesy and kindness. Dr. Henry seems to take pleasure with treating people as if they are inferior to her. She needs classes on how to be compassionate. If she hates what she does she needs to find another profession. She makes medical decisions that can be detrimental to patients. She really needs to take a closer look at herself and try to see what others see. Being kind and gentle doesn't mean you are weak. Try it and see the results you get from employees and patients.

She was easy to talk to and she understood what my issues were

She has been my physician for 16yrs and she is wonderful. She spends time with me, listens to me, and when she gives me medication it always works: she gets the diagnosis right.

I feel Dr. Henry took alot of time to understand my needs. The office staff was especially helpful, especially Victoria and I love the fact that they are open on Saturdays best of all!!!!

We could use more doctors like her in this area

Doctor Henry has been my doctor for over 4 years. I have never had a problem getting an appointment. I was told you could always just walk in and there was no need for an appointment.

I thought my visit at Heartland Heathcare was great. My wait time in the waiting room was less than 10 min. Her nurse was sweet. I thought Dr. Henry had a great bedside manner. My weight and diabetes have always been a problem but thanks to her my sugars are back to normal and i "feel better than ever".

I appreciated Dr. Henry's use of natural therapy for my condition. She did not just write me a new prescription. She spent extra time with me to listen to my problems and I liked that. I plan to recomend her to my friends and I will bring my husband to see her next time.
