Absolute worst Doctor that I have ever met! If you want to suffer go to her.

Dr. Hall is the coldest, rudest, least compassionate person that I have ever met. My meds were changed with no explanation. I honestly believe that she likes to see people suffer.

Dr. Hall is the coldest most insensitive person I have ever met!! She is rude, does not look you in the eye and is very condescending. She changed my medications without an explanation and did not care about my well being at All! I actually think that she likes seeing people suffer. I would NEVER recommend her to anyone. It took me a full year to get through the damage she did. BEWARE!!

She is the worst health care professional I have ever visited!! The receptionist in Dr. Halls office is the most disrespectful and rude lady I have ever meet hands down!! I just switched Doctors and I absolutely feel 10 times more comfortable checking in and visiting with my new Dr., I didn't know how bad it really was until I found a health care office that is super friendly, extremely professional and has my best interest at heart .. I cant tell everyone how many times I had to wait for 30-45 mins in waiting room also 3 times I was called the mourning of my appointment to hear it was being cancelled and I would have to reschedule! Finally the straw that broke the camels back is when I arrived 5 minutes late to appointment due to accident/traffic on HWY! I was told by the rude receptionist because I was 5 mins late Dr Hall wouldn't see me today and I would have to reschedule and pay an 50$ no show fee! So basically its ok to cancel appointments with Patients and make them wait for… almost an hour but if clients are 5 minutes late they are turned away with a 50$ no show fee! Its a complete double standard and lack of caring and understanding!! This absolutely blew my mind! This clearly proves her and office is only interested in the money and not well being of her patients!! I wouldn't recommend Dr. Hall to anyone even if it was free! Wish I read reviews about Dr. Heather Hall before seeing her!

Due to delivering my husband for a surgical procedure and being unfamiliar with the office location, I was 8min late for my 10:15 appt. I was told that Dr. Hall would not see me, I was a "no show".. Even in tears because I had waited so long for the appt., I was told she refused to see me. I was not a no show I was there. If I lost some of my appointed time that was my loss...but to refuse to see me was unsympathetic and rigid. Just the qualities I do NOT need in a psychiatrist. I then read she only rated 1+ star . No wonder! DO NOT USE HER FOR YOUR PSYCHIATRIC NEEDS!
