Dr. Heather L Holstein, MD

If you are ever in a situation where Dr. Heather Holstein will be your physician, just leave. This woman is the least empathetic and sympathetic person alive. She is rude with her words and demeanor and assumes versus listens. She will not take into consideration what your concerns are (or why you came in) but just does what she pleases without regard. She is vile. She treated my child with so much disrespect and MISDIAGNOSED her entirely. She also walks away from situations she doesn't want to be responsible for. I ended up fixing things later at the hospital with ANOTHER much better physician, but Dr. Holstein is a complete nightmare who will never genuinely care about any of her patients or their wellbeing.

Got a bill from this physician in North Georgia. A bill and subsequent "payment plan" was sent under the guise of the name of our local hospital to which I went in an emergency. Whomever she is, I did not see her, did not receive an itemized statement and only in an emergency room for 1 hour. I received no x-rays, medicine and only brief triage. I did not make it to an exam room. The total time spent in hospital care was less than hour. In an attempt to pay the hospital not covered by my insurance, I enrolled in a payment plan with what I thought was the hospital (same group name on bill) but it turns out that what was communicated to Medicare was this physicians name. Highly suspect billing and who knows if this is a real physician or not. Now it appears as though Humana has paid this bill. All I know is that I did not see the person in this photograph, nor did she provide me any type of medical care. Caught in a medical billing nightmare I am.
