Was referred for my son and wasn't even able to make the appointment because the staff was so rude and not helpful! I canceled the appointment Immediately after.

Dr. Heather James and Shannon have been amazing to work with. Each time I come in they listen to everything I say and address every concern. They're so thorough and knowledgeable but approachable at the same time. They're also very accommodating, fitting me in multiple times day-of. I've honestly never felt more welcome at a doctor's office!

You only see the doctor once. Saw a nurse who forgot to add a note to my chart, costing me $400, they refused to write it off. Will never return or recommend.

Excellent service and care. Kind and attentive physician and staff. Will refer my family and friends to Dr. James.

Dr. James is very understanding and knowledgable. She takes time to listen, and she is very conscientious. Great results!!!

Dr. James is OK.. However, her CRNP Mary Knight was completely rude and not attentive. I felt as though I was a burden and a patient without insurance. I tried to explain my symptoms and she interrupted me several times. My first two visits were good and I felt confident in Dr. James. I went due to shortness of breath and feeling really tired. I explained that my children and wife had all had Mycoplasma (walking pneumonia) and they literally overlooked it. They had me do a lung function test, gave me nose sprays and sent me on my way. I was told to see a sleep Dr. for possible Apnea. Well, as of this morning after going to a walk in clinic...I have Mycoplasma! how do they know? they did bloodwork and confirmed it. Why couldn't Dr. James do this?? baffled and super disappointed!

I’ve been twice and seen the dr once, other than appointments they are difficult to get in touch with and charge for every little service that most offices take care of for free

Dr. James made a tremendous difference in my daughter's quality of life! Dr. James spent a lot of time explaining every detail to us. I can't thank her enough for everything she has done for our family.

I love Dr.James! She very literally saved my life. She is such a go getter and makes certain that things are taken care of before you leave her office. She takes great time to understand issues you have, to get to know you personally, etc. There are not adequate words to describe how amazing she is! I definitely recommend her.

Dr. Heather James is one of the most thoughtful and caring physicians I have ever seen. She is extremely thorough and knows her field. She is patient with my questions and never seems to be rushing out the door. I can't STAND to have a doctor talk to me with one hand on the door. Dr. James is the opposite of this in every way. She has even called me after hours to check on me. I would refer to anyone I know without hesitation.
