I started seeing doctor Keene during my 3rd pregnancy. I had two healthy and very easy deliveries with my other two children. I imagined my 3rd would be easy as well. On the day of delivery, I labored and delivered my 3rd child with what seemed to be "no issues." However, I remember the doctor explaining that my placenta was not wanting to come out. I left the hospital after 2 days and went home. I immediately began fevering and called Dr. Keene. She had me come in and I asked if I had retained placenta given the fever. She disagreed and believed I had Mastitis. This is my 3rd child and I have had Mastitis- this was not what I had. She started me on an antibiotic that I took for 10 days. Still fevering at the end, I called again and again, and was given a "wider range antibiotic." So I take this for another 12 days still with a fever and trying to take care of a newborn and two other little kids. I finally demanded an ultrasound at 3 weeks, in which they found RETAINED… PLACENTA!- NOT shocking as I assumed this was why I had the never ending fever- She scheduled a D and C for a week later - A WEEK LATER! Nevermind that I was fevering for over 3 weeks now WITH A NEWBORN! No rush I guess- Anyhow, I went in for the D and C and she punctured a whole in my uterus and I nearly bled to death. I woke up to the Anesthesiologist asking permission for a blood transfusion- I was borderline needing one. I declined and wondered why she was back at work without talking to me. She didn't bother to check in once. She didn't even know she punctured a whole in my uterus at the time, or she didn't fess up. I then called later as I was having MAJOR nerve pain with any breathe I took in my neck and upper chest. She prescribed me Ambien to sleep? What?? Luckily my father in law was a retired surgeon and was staying with me at the time- he explained that air got trapped under the diaphragm which causes this extreme nerve pain, but that it would go away with a day or two. It was the worst pain I have ever felt. The next week resulted in another fever, and finally I had my family take me to the ER- they did a CT scan and found the perforated uterus and a massive hematoma that had formed outside of the uterus that was now infected. I was now admitted to the hospital for one week. She then wanted to do a hysterectomy- my father in law fired her as my doctor and we got a second opinion. I did not need a hysterectomy and eventually recovered on my own. DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR!

Dr. Keene & staff are sincere, patient & professional! As a health care provider myself, I am highly critical when served as a patient...I told them my semi-urgent needs - they got me in to see her as new patient SAME DAY, surgery occurred w/in 10 days & post op care was superb. Professional, used my time efficiently & sincere! I am thankful for her & her staff!

Dr. Keene Is very easy to talk to and spends the time that you need! she answers the questions when YOU ask them, compasionate and caring. Her staff is fantastic and always very friendly. Sometimes there is a wait but, totally worth it.

Dr. Keene decided to give me a hysterectomy with a diagnosis of endometriosis, however after opening me up she discovered I indeed did NOT have the condition but decided to go ahead with the surgery. I am no longer able to have kids at a young age of 29 and I am in constant pain now even more so before the surgery was performed! Beware going here! Big bills, unnecessary surgeries, and no answers!

I found Dr. Keen easy to talk to and the procedure was done easily. There was no follow-up.

I left this practice after several years after having a terrible experience with the office staff. I was expected to pay $2500 up front for a prenatal visit- no documentation or bill was available- and I had already meet my insurance out of pocket max. They were tremendously rude when I told them I $2500 up front. I highly recommend finding care elswhere.

While having my HerOption, the speculum came out and fell on the floor. She picked it up and put it back in me without cleaning/sterilizing. This was just a procedure room- not a sterile OR. I did get an infection that took 2 courses of antibiotics to get rid of. She also called in a prescription for birth control that hadn't been made in almost 2 years. My HerOption didn't work at all, no one ever contacted me to find out, and I was over charged and am still trying to get my overpayment back.

I had a procedure done by Heather Keene and was very unhappy with their follow up care it is 8 months now and I am still in pain because of being told I was fine by the doctors at full circle health. I had to have 5 operations since my first procedure. I have not even gotten a sorry from them. The only thing they said was good thing i was persistent. Oh and let's just start over from here and leave the past in the past.
