Very abrupt manner as she informed me that she had a lunch date. Very poor professional manner.

I too have seen Dr. Loesch for many years. Each time I went it seemed like I waited longer and longer to see her or her PA. This past visit was the deal breaker. I waited almost two hours past my appointment time to see someone. She obviously has no respect for her patient's time. I'm done.

Dr. Loesch has no concept, nor concern for providing good patient service. On just about every visit over the past 3 yrs. I have been kept waiting for unreasonable periods of time. On one occasion, I showed up for an appointment only to find she had closed the practice for the day. This was a surprise to me, and another patient that showed up at the office at the same time I did. On my last visit, I was the first patient to arrive at 8:00 AM, and by 8:45 had still not seen a PA nor her - with no explanation as to why I had to sit and twiddle my thumbs for 45 minutes. After 45 minutes, I left and will find another Dermatologist in the Wilmington area who has concern for their patients.

Dr Loesch removed a squamous cell carcinoma from my ear. It takes time but she's very careful to remove all cancer cells. She performed extensive plastic surgery to repair my ear and the site is undetectable.

Dr. Loesch specializes in skin cancer surgery...Definitely worth the wait. She also offers cosmetic fillers, lasers, skin care products,etc. Her PA is well trained,prompt, snd offers quicker access to the office. Appreciate an honest woman's view of your skin care needs

when calling to make an appointment if i had a melanoma cancer it would be well advanced by the time I got in to see her. She is a very good doctor but well overloaded and needs to do less botoxing and more cancer treatment.
