Dr. Heather Bentley Offenstein, MD

Dr. Offenstien worked at short time in Bend, she is a joke of all doctors. If you want to hear about her heart attack, her child, her parents than she's your gal. Now if you NEED a Pulmonologist I'd find one that actually looks at the test results and knows what she's doing. Her lack of knowledge has caused me to be back in the hospital this time in ICU, fighting for my life. All because she's more interested in telling you about herself and heart attack than looking at the CT results. I just hope my new dr can get this cancer out before it's to late.

I went to Dr. Offenstein when she was at St. Marys in Walla Walla. I was very comfortable with sharing my medical history, appreciated her honesty and directness. She was very thorough and explained all about the condition I had. I was able to view the CP scan and never felt rushed during our visit - she answered all my questions and each time I went, found it to be a pleasant appointment - I miss you and wish your return to Walla Walla full time. One of the most caring Doctors I have been to. I see 3 Doctors at St Mary's on a regular basis. 2, Dr. Offenstein is one Dr. Stoddard that rate the same. The third Dr. is only one notch lower. I'm 74 years old and seen many Drs.

My wife was in ICU on a ventilator. Dr. Offenstein was supposed to remove the ventilator after she had two 2 hour breathing tests. When the nurses tried to call her, it took 3 calls and they were told that she would get there when she wanted to. The nurses had to call another doctor to have the ventilator removed. This was at 10:30 AM. The window for removing the ventilator was closing quickly. Dr. Offenstein finally arrived at the hospital at 3:15 PM. Long after the the ventilator had been removed. No thanks to her my wife is recovering nicely.
