I have been in the therapy world for 8 years. I do have a day job where I am a Program Manager for both male and female Substance Abuse Programs in a correctional facility. My specialty is trauma as well as coping with emotions as a whole. I come from a strength-based perspective with my clients and have been able to see multiple people thrive with the right tools. I live by the motto "Emotions are like kids, you can't let them drive, but you also can't stuff them in the trunk."
