Dr. Heather Pendell

I’ve been seeing Dr. Heather Pendell for four years; initially she was doing prolotherapy on my shoulder which she excels at – my shoulder pain is minimal or non-existent most days, thanks to her treatments. She knows exactly where to inject and has a sense of knowing your body, with a gentle touch. Lately I’ve had PRP treatments from her for severe thumb and knee pain. Again, her training allows her to know exactly where to inject your own blood (after being withdrawn and spun in a centrifuge,) for maximum healing. The benefits of PRP are renowned and I am thrilled she is able to do this kind of treatment. My thumb pain is totally gone, I have full range of motion in that dominant hand now, thanks to her, and my knee pain is so minor compared to what it was before, I am able to walk agaim for miles and exercise as I used to. Dr. Heather is a wonderful healer – she listens to you and researches as needed before proceeding with her recommended course of treatment and healing. I… love her!!!
