Surgery is never fun, especially when it involves a critical sense like vision. I was pleasantly surprised by the ease with which Dr, Heather Potter and her team worked to correct my cataracts last month. A thorough briefing received my anxieties ahead of time and the teamwork with her staff and their concern for my comfort was impressive. After dealing with myopia and astigmatism since I was in grade school, I am now enjoying perfect vision!

I love Dr. Heather Potter. She is very caring and did everything she could to ease my nerves about the two cataract surgeries I had done at UW hospital. She takes the time to answer questions and gives a final pep talk right before the surgery, as well as offers encouraging words throughout the operation. Dr. Potter gets excited when she can help people regain their site and loves to share in each little victory of her patients and their "new" eyes. She loves her job and it definitely shows in her actions. She is very uplifting and truly makes her patients feel comfortable and cared for. I would definitely reccomend her to anyone facing surgery on their eyes. You won't regret picking Dr. Potter to do the job.

Dr. Potter took the time to fully answer my questions and calm my fears about cataract surgery. I am completely satisfied with the result after surgery and am confident she was the best doctor for me. I have already scheduled my second eye to be done and trust Dr. Potter to get the best result possible.

I had cataract surgery and Dr. Potter was able to get it done on my timeline. She is very knowledgeable and was great with follow up.
