My experience with Dr. Heather over the past two years has been disappointing. She frequently refers routine issues to specialists rather than managing them herself and does not appear to use basic clinical tools like Epocrates for medication dosing. Her practice seems more focused on insurance billing and delegating provider inquiries to her staff than on direct patient care. I never felt that a strong patient–provider relationship developed, nor did I see any improvement over time. As a result, I have decided to seek a new healthcare provider.
