Dr. Heather Mays Richmond

Besides U of Cal she has also been educated at Yale and Stanford. Most patients claim a doctor is good because they are nice. Wekk, she is that but much more she is professionally accomplished with research appearing in peer reviewed medical journals. That cannot be done by a doctor who is not keeping up with the research literature. So in addition to being a comforting clinician she is demonstrably able and the patient benefits from her training in the best medical centers.

Dr. Richmond is an excellent, attentive, and personable physician. She took care of my problem completely. She and her staff are very professional. Also, I did not have to wait at all for my last visit and waited only a short time on my first visit. I highly recommend Dr. Richmond.

I am so pleased with Dr. Richmond, i wish i would of found her years ago. After spending a small fortune in combating my acne i was dumbfounded that the regimen Dr. Richmond initiated was never prescribed before.

I had a great experience! Stuff and Dr. Richmond were so kind and seemed to really care about my well being. The office is so clean and decorated in a very welcoming manner. Dr. Richmond was great and very knowledgable.

When I scheduled my appt. i was told my insurance was verified it wasn't. it wasn't until months later when I received a bill for 100% of the charges that I was told they didn't take my insurance. I spoke with the office manager who agreed that they had made a mistake by not notifying me at the initial visit. She agreed to reduce my cost by 50%, I immediately sent in 50% and am still 9 months later receiving bills for the remaining. I called and was told they meant 15% not 50% but either way nothing was reduced and resolved. I loved Dr. Richmond, she was very personable, although my biopsy was sent off and a test was not ordered properly resulting in some confusing data I am not sure who's fault that is..staff, lab or doctor. The offices were very nice. Staff can ruin a Dr.'s office no matter how good the Dr. is. I will not be back or recommend them for fear they would not verify other peoples insurance either.
