After trying for two years to get pregnant I seen a doctor in Greenville who told me that I was narrow and if I had the babies I would need a C-section I got pregnant with my daughter and seen dr. Ricketts and mention to her that I've Been Told that I may need a C-section she promised to look into things then I had my daughter who was 8 lb 12 oz she got stuck in my birth canal..I laid there for 4 hours at 10 cm have one contraction after another she patted my leg and told me not to push and went back to seeing patients..ended up being stitched for over an hour my epidural never took and she did not numb me while stitching me I was trying to get her attention to let her know I was hurting she didn't acknowledge me so one of the nurses said she's talking to you and Ricketts exact words were yeah I'm pretending not to hear it..HORRIBLE BED SIDE MANNOR

Staff made my appointment at the wrong location so I had to wait for appointment at correct location. Dr. Ricketts spent very little time with me. I had to ask to have her come back in so I could ask a question. She referred me to a specialist but never followed up on that referral.

The front desk staff are very rude and incosiderate. Follow up appointments are never scheduled and leaving a message will get you no where with this office. I feel as if I have been brushed off to the side and have to keep bugging them.

Told the nurse and doctor of an issue I was having prior to examination; however during the examination she forgot about my concern and I had to mention it again to her. She brushed it off and didn't even give me alternatives like doing tests or anything to figure out what the problem was. The symptoms showed up again 6 months later and I called her nurse to get an appointment or an opinion and no one ever called me back.
