This so called Healthcare professional has screamed at my grandmother on 2 different accounts. She asked a few questions after her eye surgery and got upset that anyone would question her. My grandmothers vision was worse after her surgery than ever before and she bothered her by asking a question I guess. She screamed so loud someone from the next room came over to ask what was wrong

I took my mother to have cataract surgery by Dr. Skeens. We have never been treated so poorly! The office is not very well organized, the paperwork was not sent to the hospital like it should have been, we had to wait all day for the surgery, and my mom’s vision really isn’t much better. When we wanted to wait on having surgery on the other eye, they tried to charge us $100 for canceling! We will not be going back, and I definitely cannot recommend!

I've been under the care of Dr. Skeens for my chronic dry eye syndrome for the past two years. Dr. Skeens is incredibly knowledgeable about my condition and the treatments we've used. She also has an amazing personality that immediately puts one at ease and helps to build a trusting doctor/patient relationahip.
