Dr. Heather Wilfong Svenson, MD

Dr. Svenson is extremely knowledgeable. It took her only a few minutes to provide a diagnosis and treatment plan.

Best doctor, staff and experience ever.

Cant get in to see her because she only works a couple of days a week.

She always seems like shes in a rush to leave during the appt. it is almost impossible to get an appt when you need it because she only works a few days a week. She should really get another pediatrician in there to help her if she can't work normal business days and hours.

I absoultly cannot stand the people that work in her office! They are rude and inconsiderate!!! My child is 3 months old and I finally found a formula that didn't make him throw up; when I called up there to ask them to write a paper for the WIC office saying this was the formula he needed they didn't check to see if WIC provided it or and the I was changed $5 and on top of that when they called to ask them why weren't checking their paper they said "Well she can go out and buy it herself." I can't stand rude people like that and WON'T be going back there EVER AGAIN!

We have been with Dr. Svenson since our first child was born nearly seven years ago. Being excessively, overly-concered parents, we made lists of ALL our concerns prior to appointments. Dr. Svenson always took the time to address each concern without making us feel like we were crazy first-time parents.

Needed a critical care Dr. Dr. Svenson wasnt it.
