Dr. Heather Marie Tassone, MD

I was her patient at Urgent Care at Loma Linda on 10-04-22. We waited for over 6 hours and she didn’t even come in to explain the results of the tests. I also heard her very loudly complain about my case. Mind you, my room was only a few steps away from where she was working. At the end of the consult, a nurse just handed me a printout. I walked past where the doctor was on my way out and she just waved at me. I’ve never been treated this unprofessionally by a physician before.

Excellent caring

Dr. Tassone does not care at all about her patients. I was once her pt in the Emergency Room where she totally put me off about my issues and made it extremely obvious she was too lazy or didn't give a crap to do anything. Later in the yrs I became a staff member in the ER and verified she truly is the worst. She can't last one minute without complaining or making fun of pt cases. She gives nursing a hard time when shes assigned more patients just like any ER physician. I'll also never forget the time she was making fun of an autistic kid who came in with a laceration, saying he screams like a pterodactyl. Absolutely horrible.
