Dr. Heather Lynn Vega, DO

Dr Vega told me that I had nothing to worry about after I developed mrsa,from a botched surgery at uniontown hospital. Apparently their reputation was more imperative. Than my health.

I seen the doctor for a stabbing pain in my head. This has been going on for 4 days now. Had a CT scan on Friday and was told by the tech that the results would be in by the end of next week. I went to Dr. Vegas office to find out if it would take this long. One of the staff (female) dont know her name, is the most rude person I have ever met in my life! She is very un professional! Does not care about the patients at all! She said the results would be in Monday. Now I am having such pain in my head and I truly dont understand what the hold up is! I guess because it is not them, its not a problem! So, I most likly will be visiting the emergency room this weekend to get results! Thats a shame! To get the testing I need and to help me with the pain, I need to admit myself to the hospital! Im sure my insurance company will be happy to hear this! I will not be going back to Dr. Vega. I have had it with them! Yesterday when I made the appointment to see the doctor for my… head, I called and got the answering machine. I left a message at 12:00 noon and they said they would call me back. I waited until 2:00 pm and then called them back. The same girl who is so rude to paitents did not even say she was sorry they did not call me back. She just said can you come in now. Had I not called back, they never would have called me. What a joke! I do not suggest anyone go to this doctors office for anything important! It needs to be overhauld! All the girls at the front office need replaced! I have worked for doctors before and I have nevers seen such a mess in my life!
