Dr. Vestal has exceptionally poor interpersonal skills. She is dismissive and condescending. He is proof of the old adage that many go into the Psychiatry specialty because want to be in power over their patients. The worst and most dangerous kind of Dr.'s are the ones who have no caring for their patients regardless of their clinical expertise.

Unprofessional and aggressive attitude. Have not seen any doctor to act like the way that she does. I took my daughter who has depression to her clinic. Dr. Vestal was not even listening when my daughter was explaining her feelings. Not a psychiatric that I was looking for.

Why would any one want to see this rude doctor? She does not show any respect or sympathy toward her patients. She is addressing her patients in a belittling language, does not show any sympathy and does not care about patient's well being. Do not go to her if you have any other option.

Dr. Vestal showed little or no sympathy toward her patient. She did not listen to the patient's comments. She was rushed to leave the session. Very displeased with the appointment. Will never go to her again.

I found Dr. Vestal to be quite forced and fake when interacting with her. She was quite out of touch with the realities for our family and did not seem interested to learn about the challenges that we face in ensuring help for my family member. Unsurprisingly, my family member ended up back in the ER after being discharged from Duke.

I had the displeasure of having Heather Vestal take care of my child. She didn't ever return my calls and gave him terrible care. He left the hospital more depressed than when he got in. Worst "doctor" I have ever met.

She took care of my auntie and mixed up all her medications. Doctor Vestal don't even know her name or what she supposed to be taking at all. She DID NOT call me back and the head nurse told me she the worst doctor they have so I made them switch doctors who was much much better.
