Dr. Heather Nicole Webb, MD

Dr. Webb attended to me in the ER at BJC and I can't say enough great things about her. She investigated everything and provided a reasonable diagnosis and her bedside manner was excellent which put me at ease and made me feel a lot better.

I saw Dr. Webb in the ER. She was so comforting with an amazing bedside manner!

I recently had to go to the ER and I can’t say enough good about Dr. Webb. She was attentive, empathetic, professional and spent a good deal of time with me. She explained things thoroughly and personally escorted me to my daughters car on discharge. I was treated respectfully and quickly. I would recommend Dr. Webb and the ER at BJSPH.

I went to the emergency room with pneumonia

I had a cyst on my back that had become severly infected. The swelling and pain had become more than I could tolerate any longer. I had a fever for five days and my B.P. was considerably low. I went to BJC. St. Peters E.R. In less than ten minutes I was in a room. Shortly after, Dr. Heather Webb MD. entered. The best medicine for me was her friendly smile. She radiated confidence, told me everything was going to be okay. I relaxed and trusted her. I wasn't disappointed. I didn't feel a thing throughout the whole procedure. Her touch was very gentle and her comments and explanations during and after were exceptional. Would I recommend her? I'd be a fool not to. In my opinion, I was in capable hands. She has a good bedside manner and is very caring and compassionate. Kindness and understanding is the best medicine in my opinion for any patient in fear of the unknown in any medical facility. All one can do is Trust those caring for you. It's been four days now since my visit. My… primary Surgeons visit today said she did a good job and incision is healing nicely. I feel much better now. It wouldn't be fair not to mention that everyone including the Nurses and techs were kind and friendly to me on that day. BJC. has been great.

Dr Webb was the worse doctor I have seen in my 65years. She was rude, non professional, disrespectful of everyone. There are not enough negative words I can say to describe this doctor. I would not want her to see my animals. No bed side manner is ok but you need something to be in the medical field. Do something that requires no human contact. She does not rate a 1 star in anything!
