DR CSATILLO IS A EXCEPTIONAL DOCTOR HE IS MY DOCTORCASTILLO, he has helped me many,times just recently my diabetis,was out of control but thanks to Dr.Castillo,he got me back on track with meds his careful instructions and his fine experties,I now feel so much better, thankS Doctor Castillo very much,you are the best i'm so grateful to have you as my doctor!!!!

Dr. Castillo prescribed me a medication in the form of drops. The name of the medication is Lasil. I took my prescription to Rite Aid and they said Lasil does not come in drops, only in spray or powder, which would not help me since I need these drops to be placed in my ear. I called the Dr. next morning. The nurse took the message and said the Dr. would call me back. Two days later: no answer. Called again. Talked to a nurse and explained the whole situation. She made a note of the case and said he would call me back. I told her to please tell the Dr. to tell me what to do since the medicine does not come in drops. I then went to a second pharmacy CVS, and asked for orientation about the same drug. They said the same thing I was told over at Rite Aid: "Lasil does not come in drops, only in spray or powder"I waited 3 more days for the Dr. to call back. Nothing. I then called a third time. Nobody answered. The answering machine said to leave a message and that the Dr.… would call me back.That was a month ago an the Dr. nor anybody from the office ever called. I am in the process now of switching Drs., and I am looking for someone more responsible. It is a shame. It seems like the Dr. has knowledge but he does not really care about his patients.

i've seen a lot of doctors and nobody is like him. He is very friendly, and spend times with you. The most important thing is that he's great with kids.
