Wait time was 1 hour and 50 mins which says it all. My average wait times are 35 to 50 mins. I don't want to start over on this treatment but i'll never start another.

Para empezar 250dls la consulta carísima! Esperé más de 20 minutos para que me registraran, la espera para que me atendiera el doctor más de una hora , la atención de la asistente muy buena . No me gustó escuchar que el doctor regañaba a la asistente afuera del consultorio , el doctor muy profesional, pero todo lo que me ofreció para mi tratamiento carísimo.

Dr Cervantes is a caring professional. I can tell that he really cares about my situation and is very proactive & is doing everything he can to help me. He is very smart, knowledgeable, and kind. I feel comfortable & secure that I am in good hands under his care. He is a pleasant and positive doctor.

The medical staff had great customer service. Dr. Cervantes was very pleasant, friendly, and engaging. Knowledgeable and supportive, and explained course of treatment.

He is a very nice Dr. but he made us wait almost one- hour to see him. My client felt the chair was very hard and uncomfortable while waiting.
