Went with my mother, I have POA for her. Nurse did not seem to know what she was doing started asking my mother if she remember if she asked her a lot of questions last visit my mother said not sure nurse walked out came back asked same question my mother said once again not sure but dont think so doctor walks in again he asks same my mother said no doctor tells my mother nurse will ask you some questions and I will finish nurse starts asking questions doctor left I tell nurse she is not going to be honest with maybe I should answer nurse ignores me nurse asked do you walk with a cane at all time my mother said yes nurse said always mother said yes i say lair mother looks at me and changes her answer to no I dont walk with cane at all again nurse still ignoring me doctor comes in he starts asking question he tells her I am going to give you these forms you need to think about who you want to be your POA I look at him and tell him I have POA over her you signed it yourself doctors says… yeah so bring me a copy to have for our record. Yeah will no longer be taking her there, he also make sure she walked out of there with 4 referrals and wanted to give my 67 year old mother whom he have been seeing for the past 20-25 yrs a referral to PAP Smear, I guess he forgot her record showing she had a hysterectomy. Please don't go to this doctor. This was my first time taking my mom usually my sister takes her
