Dr. Hector Mario Montalvo, MD

I called three times on Thursday to let the Dr. know my mother who is 90 years old had woken with a terrible cold/flu and wanted to know what we could give her. No one called back so the next day, Friday called early morning and AGAIN explained what was going on. No one knew what was going on and AGAIN explained the situation. Told them she even had tachycardia over the night, I was told once again they would call back and nothing, so I called again in the afternoon and was told that the Dr. wanted to see her and they were about to call me, right. I mentioned that is they would have told me that on Thursday I would have the chance to bring her in, but know we had to wait until Monday??? No way going back to this Dr. which I'm sure has no idea what going on with the way hie employees deal with patients.

Always shows interest in my needs

I called this office all week for a refill of my prescriptions and no one ever called me after a week I spoke to Dr Montalvo about it and he could have cared less about my needs He completely ignored me & said he would call it in He has an unprofessional manner and attitude about him and I have now left his office and would NEVER recommend my worst enemy to this office!!!
