The hospital and Hector Ramos's staff were good. Hector Ramos is definitely one of the best doctors for plastic surgery.Hector Ramose calmed my nerves, answered all my questions. The surgery went really well I'm really satisfied. Thanks to Hector Ramos. I feel confident I feel great and I feel spectacular. My experience with Dr Hector C Ramos was nothing less than perfect. Going a body changing surgery is not easy but Dr. Hector C Ramos made me feel at ease through the whole process. I'm really pleased and thankful for the results. I feel really pleased and thankful to have had my surgery by such a knowledgeable and great doctor who guided me through all the process personally. I would highly recommend everyone going to Hector C Ramos. His efficient staff helped me to get this surgery done successfully. My skin was a little allergic after the surgery which was unexpected. It went away in a while and I got the results I wanted. Hector C Ramos helped me know the pros and cons of my surgery and left me satisfied. I had a liposuction to be done, and I wanted it for years. If I had met Hector C Ramos before, I would have done it earlier. He is really helping and engaging. Hector C Ramos took care of me and my doubts and kept in mind about my allergies.

I am very pleased with the care I received from Dr. Ramos and here’s why… Treated in a timely manner – I was in extreme pain due to a bad gallbladder/gallstones, my GI doctor recommended Dr. Ramos, he was able to fit in in for an appointment the very next day which was a Friday and when he assessed my pain level, he was able to schedule me for surgery the following Monday so I didn’t have to suffer in pain for much longer. Patient care/Bedside manner – From the staff at his office, to his bedside manner in the hospital it felt like I was being looked over by a trusted family member. He and his staff have a very caring manner about them and it helped put me at ease, especially because this was my first hospital/surgical experience. Informative – From explaining the procedure I was having, to answering all my follow-up questions, Dr. Ramos covered all the bases and really cared about taking the time to make sure I understood everything that was happening. I cannot recommend… Dr. Ramos enough and am very thankful to have been in his care!

I am a 83 years old cancer survival patient who had a 7 hours Whipple Procedure on April 13, 2017. I am still adjusting to the removal of part of my digestive system. I am glad I had this procedure done by Dr. Hector Ramos. He is the best surgeon I have had in my life. He cares about his patients deeply. He treats his patients like his own family. Dr. Hector is professional. He cares about his patients and has a nice rapport with them. Most importantly he is a competent and knowledgeable surgeon. My husband recently had a minor surgery performed by Dr. Ramos and he was thorough in the pre-operation appointments and prepared my husband well for the surgery. He shared his personal experience with my husband and helped put him at ease. Good Samaritan Hospital was wonderful. The staff was both competent and compassionate. They did an excellent job.

I cannot thank Dr. Ramos enough for surgery he performed on my grandfather as well as the pre and post-op care. Without him, I don't don't if my grandfather would be walking around today. He was recommended by other medical professionals. Dr. Ramos was truly God sent. Thank you so much, Dr. Ramos!

The things I liked about this doctor, well let me tell you Dr.Ramos did two surgeries on me the first was for my pancreas,I was very nervous for being the first one but Dr Ramos made me feel like it was a walk in the park, after that the second was easier. I would really recommend Dr.Ramos to family members and friends, he's kind and very friendly I loved this Dr. I like everything about him. There Should be more Drs like him. Excellent Dr.

My dad was recently diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. Before my dad was transferred to Dr. Ramos, the previous doctor was telling me all the v pessimistic information and statements about my dad's condition which our me in despair. When Dr. Ramos took over my dad's case, he explained my dad's condition based upon careful testing and imagining. He showed me the whipple surgeon both on his smart phone and in his iPad. He successfully did my dad's surgery which took ten hours. He planted faith and hope in all of us again. Even though Dr. Ramos doesn't speak Chinese which is the only language my dad speaks, Dr. Ramos always has the bed side manner and he's always smiling and cheerful.
