Had to go to another surgeon to fix what Heidi could not do. Overcharged and under-delivered.

Very regretful experience. I was better off before surgery. I should have used another surgeon, but I paid more attention to the adds and her assurances, and not ratings! She wasn't willing to help with any revisions and now I am paying other surgeons and even doctors to fix what she worsened. What should have been a one time cost and short ordeal is going to be a long haul and double the cost, at best.

Fast in and out however she dis take her time, made sure I understood everything even changed a few things to make more comfortable

I was absolutely happy about everything. The ladies were very nice, Doctor was nice bubbly and energetic I loved her. She came recommended by 3 different people. I was shy and unsure at first but after my consultation with Dr. Steffanici and her staff I was reassured that she was the surgeon for me. Great experience all around. My breast are perfect! Not too big, proportional for my body.
