Very arrogant, condescending and narcissistic. Not helpful in any way. The business is a sham.

My daughter met with Dr Shah several times, including once with me as her mother. I found him condescending and arrogant, and not helpful with my daughter. Not a big deal -- I understand that not every psychiatrist is a match for every family. However, when I told his office that we were going to find another doctor, they refused to refill my daughter's prescription. I noted that we only needed a prescription for a few days, to carry us through to the new year, when our insurance change will require finding a new doctor anyway. I reminded them that allowing my daughter to run out of her meds for a few days could cause depression -- including suicidal thoughts. The doctor's office told me "I should have thought of that before changing doctors." They are inconsiderate and unwilling to help. Don't take your teens to this doctor.
