Dr. Heide Alexandra Rodgers

Wow, I have recently experienced the same treatment. This is unfair. My breast cancer was great until my tumor went up to 56. I called Dr. Rodgers for the result of my CAT Scan in Aug 2022...no one returned my call. I went to see her in Jan, and my results were read. Please take your health seriously.

I only saw Dr. Rodgers once but she ordered several tests. When I called for the results, the office wouldn't give them to me. When she finally called (the results had been in for a week) I asked why she hadn't called sooner. She told me to find a different doctor and hung up on me! By the way, the test cost $4620 -no discount.Please steer clear of this obviously unstable Doctor!

Had a long relationship with this Dr. Rogers. My tumor markers were up in 2017 and she didn't say anything on my yearly visit. While they weren't up that much, they were 13 pts. over the high normal. In 2018, I was diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer in the bones which my regular MD located. I went to Heidi for 7 months. She recommended Dr. Lange to put in a port. He put it in backwards and slanted which has caused numerous access problems. She never examined me, even after I was having fluid buildup in the lung. When she was gone after the first of the year, another Oncologist at Mercy examined me and said I had a lot of fluid. They removed 1 1/2 liters the next day. At that point, I didn't trust her and moved to Siteman. Siteman has offered me chemo and therapy that was never offered at Mercy. My tumor makers have went from almost 500 to less than 200. Take responsibility for your own health!
