Dr. Heideh Sarfehjoo, MD

Heiden has been my Dr. for 17 years. I have ADHA. Heiden has helped me overcome obstacles and achieve goals I never thought I could. have nothing bad to say. She is the most kind-hearted and gifted doctor. I feel very fortunate to be her patient.

Dr. Heideh Sarfehjoo is a disgrace to her profession. I had an appointment with her this morning at 8 am. It was an emergency appointment my psychologist had set up for me. I called to advise there was an accident and that I would be a little late, I was told there is a 15 min window. I ran to the appointment because I knew I would be cutting it close. I checked in at 8:13 am. I understand doctors need to keep to their appointments timely but it was out of my control. She refused to see me! She did not follow Park Nicollet's own 15 min rule. I cried . I explained to the receptionist how important it was that I saw her, she still refused to see me or even come talk to me. Totally unprofessional and a disgrace to her profession. She should be ashamed of herself!
