Dr. Heidi Jo Crayton, MD

Years ago I liked Dr. Crayton, but over time I found her so unresponsive and therefore so unhelpful, I left her and am now going to a new and better neurologist. As the new one said to me, he was shocked that I wasn't on any of the many meds for rrms. The subcutaneous injectible med that I'm now on has been on the market for about as long as I've had ms.

Dr. Crayton trained under my first neurologist Dr. John Richert. She continues with a caring and low key practice. The appointment times are always enough time and I appreciate her staff. I have seen other nuerologist, the last one did not look at MRIs himself only read reports which caused him to treat me for my MS when the issue was spinal stenosis.

Dr. Crayton, her staff, and the level of compassion, concern, support and care from all of them is extraordinary.

Dr. Crayton was great. If you have MS, it is definitely better to go to her than to a general neurologist. The office staff are very friendly, and Dr. Crayton takes time to explain things without rushing. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Crayton is the BEST neurologist I have ever had and I have had a bunch. She is an MS specialist. She knows MS beckwards and forwards. I have stated for the record before, I would WALK the 60 some odd miles to her office to see her. We have an entire neurology group here and I am sure they are fine for strokes or traumatic brain injury, but they are none to good for MS. She won my wife's heart when she treated her respectfully unlike the local neuros here. (in all honesty, that won my heart too)

A GREAT doctor

Dr. Crayton is wonderful. She was the 3rd and will be the final neurologist I saw after being diagnosed w/ MS. She provided me with greater knowledge of MS and helped me to better understand the disease. She has also surrounded herself with excellent staff!

Ease of communication with Dr. Crayton's office is stellar. I've had other MS doctors who I've liked but who I left because getting an appointment or phone or email contact was very difficult. Dr. Crayton has scolded me for not contacting her via email enough between visits to keep her current on how I'm feeling.

Great bedside manner and wonderful office staff. I have never had a doctor that spends so much time with me and is so understanding of my needs.

Dr. Crayton is the best docotor I have every had!!! I have followed her for years now. I tell everyone how great she is. Dr. Crayton brought me back from an awful exasperation some years ago. She has helped me in more ways than a doctor needs to.
