Dr. Heidi Louise Fletemier, MD

Garbage doctor who just assumes things without asking any sort of questions, she uses files over 6 years old to make determinations on people’s health, I literally wouldn’t see her if my life depended on it. 15-20 year medical history of back issues (including breaking my back in service that was just classified as low back pain) with previous surgery, and she literally REFUSED to help in any way, and only after giving up after a year and a half of begging for help and ordering a cane. She finally decided to actually do her job and order me an MRI which showed spinal stenosis with SEVERE NARROWING, which once I knew what it was I looked it up and LITERALLY every symptom I had over the year and a half of her just ignoring me were symptoms of spinal stenosis. If she would have even cared a little to give me an MRI especially with my medical history of my back maybe we could have caught it early and actually had preventative care so I could still walk my dogs. However that’s what happens… when you work for the government, and not the patient. Around my 35th birthday she just assumed my metabolism was slowing down and that’s why I gained 50 lbs +, however if she would have just asked any question about my weight I could have told her, I just quit smoking cigarettes, I started steroids for my pulmonary sarcoidosis, and my walking trails (tourist park dog park) closed. Imagine that if you just asked questions instead of coming to your own conclusions, you would have actually known why I gained weight, but that would actually mean having to be a good doctor who cares.

Dr. Fletemier is an excellent doctor. She is caring, professional, and helpful. The office staff on the other hand are horrible. They are not helpful, rude, and unpleasent to talk with. The office staff consists of only hispanic workers, they need a more diverse crowd there.Somtimes they just start talking to you on Spanish, regardless if you're Spanish-speaking or not.

She is the best doctor you could ever want or imagine! It was such a blessings to have her during my last pregnancy! Very caring, gentle, patient, understanding, anything you could mention!
