Dr. Heidi Golding’s passion for healing dates back many years. Her sister suffered from a terminal childhood disease in their late teens. After spending over a decade in the corporate world, Dr. Golding found it important to transform the pain of losing her sister into something positive. She chose to study and gain insight into the healing process via the ancient art of Chinese Medicine, a profound medical system thousands of years old.Through her extensive practice, research, and studies, Dr. Golding believes the most profound improvements are made when there is alignment body, mind, and soul. Therefore, treatments are focused on helping patients regain a sense of internal balance within their internal environment as well as their external.Dr. Heidi Golding is Nationally Board certified with NCCAOM as well as maintains a Diplomat of Oriental Medicine (Dipl OM) status. She holds her Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, San Diego. …Dr. Golding uses a gentle Japanese approach from her teachers: Kiiko Matsumoto and Masakaza Ikeda. She also has an advanced certification with Dr. Carol McMackin and Shannon Goosen to use Frequency Specific Microcurrent (FSM) during acupuncture greatly enhancing treatment.When not treating patients, Dr. Golding teaches Qi Gong, uses Meditation, practices Pilates and Yoga. She resides in beautiful Colorado with her husband and has two children.
