Dr. Heidi Antonette Ritter, MD

I came in for a consult and procedure with Dr. Heidi Ritter and WOW — she is absolutely amazing. From the moment she walked in, her personality immediately put me at ease. She’s friendly, funny, incredibly knowledgeable, and has the BEST bedside manner. I went from nervous to completely comfortable within about five minutes. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made me feel genuinely cared for — not rushed or dismissed. I fully trusted her almost instantly, which says a lot. If you’re looking for a doctor who is not only highly skilled but also warm, personable, and reassuring, Dr. Ritter is the one. I’m so grateful I found her!

I went to Dr. Holets for foot pain. Her front office were warm and compassionate, including the nurse who took my vitals. When Dr. Holets came in, she was brusk, asked what my problem was (pain at the top of my foot), and demanded that I take off my shoes (while I was standing up). "Flat feet" she said briskly. When I asked her a question, she didn't answer. Then she said, "Take out your phone." I wondered what that had to do with anything, but I complied. Then she said "type this in." I explained I was 80 years old and didn't know where to do that. Impatiently, she said I could either get custom orthotics or go to Amazon and get some much cheaper and not as good. That doctor needs to learn how to relate to patients and not treat them as less than human.
