Heidi Jeffreys is a seasoned physician assistant and aesthetic practitioner with more than 16 years of dedicated experience in medical aesthetics. In 2008 she became the first physician assistant in Lubbock to specialize in this field, and she brings a unique blend of clinical rigor and artistic sensibility—what she calls “beauty stewardship”—to every client. A Texas Tech master’s alumna and Alpha Eta honor society inductee, Heidi’s career journey includes time as the sole practitioner at a startup med spa and eight impactful years at Lubbock Plastic Surgery, where she refined her natural, youth‑preserving approach to aesthetic care.

As CEO and co-founder of Aesthetic Alchemy, Heidi combines national-level training and regional leadership with a warm, empowering practice culture.
