Dr. Heidi Ann Schultz, MD

Very disappointed. Been with Dr Schultz since she opened her practice. When I called for appointment with HER I kept getting referred to one of the PA's (who I had been seeing in the past ) for non emergency care. The last time I saw the PA at the end of summer because I wanted to keep Dr Schultz aware of my medical condition which had changed for the worse in recent months. The PA told me to be SURE and ask to see Dr Schultz the next time I came in. Recently, I had a very bad report on some blood work and needed Dr Schultz to help me get it corrected before I had surgery next week.(OR the surgery would have to be delayed) I was told there was nothing available with Dr Schultz today and she is not in the office again until Monday and it would be Tuesday before I could get in. MY SURGERY is set for Wednesday not giving me any time to get my problem taken care of before the surgery. The office staff did not seem to understand my urgency and kept telling me she could get me in with… the same PA I had been seeing. I was told by my other doctors who referred me back to my PCP for help saying I had to take care of the problem with my PCP. The person I spoke to (at Dr Schultz office) promised to check with Dr Schultz and call me back on HER recommendation. I was called back later in the day and was told that the PA was telling me to go to the ER or one of Urgent facilities (Who I found out) COULD NOT HELP ME. and was told by them I had to go to the the Hospital ER or see my PCP. BAD information from DR Schultz office and not very caring of my problem. I was depending on HER for help . I thought that was why I had a PCP ? I gave Dr Schultz name to ALL the doctors I am seeing. TO KEEP HER updated. Very DISAPPOINTED when you need help and direction and are pushed off somewhere else by someone you trusted they cannot make time to see or talk with you directly.

They are always late because they are so busy. They try and work in extra people. They are genuinely nice and sincere, just need another Dr. to help carry the load.

This office is way too busy. It took forever to get seen. Then I felt really rushed during my visit and didn't get all of my questions answered. I am currently looking for another doctor who will listen to me

She didn't take any time with me. She just gave me an antibiotic and left. I won't be going back to her.

Dr. Schultz helped with problems that had been misdiagnosed. She is a great family physician and general practioner. I have recommended her to all my friends

- Really long wait.- Rude nurses.- Makes me come in for a visit to discuss blood test results.- Make sure you see the other doctor in the office.

I have always appreciated her sensitivity to my issues and the time she takes when I go to see her. She is very thorough in her examinations and I would highly recommend her to any one needing a physician.

Dr. Schultz is always kind, attentative, and patient. She has diagnosed several chronic medical issues that other physicians have over looked. I would recommend her to everyone who is looking for a good doctor for their entire family.
