Dr. Heidi Dollenberg Williams, MD

I had laser treatment performed to address my spotty facial complexion. It did not work. Dr. Williams was so nice trying to make me happy and even gave me two treatments for free but I did not get what I expected. Dr. Williams was so nice but the aesthetician was rude and unprofessional.

I had reconstruction surgery redone after one of my implants ruptured from a previous surgery from my double mastectomies and I went to Dr. Williams because my surgeon had retired. It was a terrible experience and the staff was always rude and made we dread my appointments. Also, the results were so bad that I went to another surgeon for a second opinion and was then informed that I needed to have the whole thing redone. So ended up with having to do another surgery in a 6 month time frame to correct the bad surgery. I would not recommend this office. Run!

I had the most amazing experience with Heidi Williams and her staff. They all made me feel so at ease and after consulting with 3 other Doctors (all saying that I needed a lift and high encouraging me to have silicone) Dr. Heidi was most realistic and suggested that we do a partial lift and was supportive of my decision to do saline. I am thrilled (1.5 years later) with the results. Sarah, Ann, and Jessica were all very encouraging and helpful throughout the consultations and procedure itself. Heidi called me the evening of the surgery to make sure that I was ok, which speaks volumes about the personal care and concern that she has for her patients.

Dr Williams is a consummate professional. I have had 4 procedures with her, and was very pleased with all. She’s extremely knowledgeable and an excellent surgeon. I recommend her highly.

I think the thing I liked to most was she is very personable. She has very realistic expectations and is more about enhancing beauty instead of promising to make you something you aren't. She gives great explanation and detail about the particular procedure and provides amazing results

Dr Williams is exceptional! Her skill level and compassionate nature are unprecedented. I highly recommend Dr williams.

I have been going to Dr. Williams for over ten years, for everything from scar revisions to skin cancer to laser and cosmetic procedures. I appreciate Dr. Williams' honesty and her willingness to take time with each of her patients. I don't mind if I have to wait a few minutes, as I'm often on the receiving end of her "going the extra mile" philosophy. My entire family goes to her now, ranging from teenagers to grandparents, and her relaxed professionalism puts everyone at ease. I'd recommend Dr. Williams to anyone seeking extraordinary care.

I wouldn't recommed Dr. Williams. She cares more about the money than the patient.

Today I was confirmed at the office at about 1030am and then a call was made about my appointment around 130pm that afternoon about the Dr. Having a meeting. My reasoning is if there was a meeting why wasn't I told this once I called like the meeting was added on at the last minute. Very unorganized office, unexceptable!
